In-N-Out is a family owned and operated business, we don’t franchise or license. Each site is evaluated for alignment with our expansion strategy along with other factors such as demographics, consumer behavior, and local regulations.

BUILDING SIZE
Approximately 3,900 sqft

LOT SIZE
60,000 sqft preferred

SEATING CAPACITY
75 seats inside, 20 seats outside

ON-SITE PARKING REQUIRED
55+ spaces

DRIVE-THRU STACKING
20+ cars

PREFERRED SITES
Dynamic, high activity areas near retail mass, freeway locations, major intersection, and commercial shopping center pads

SIGNAGE
Four sides of building signage as well as prominent pylon and or monument signage

ZONING
Commercial usage for fast food drive-thru, permitting hours of operation from 10:30am to 1:30am, 7 days a week

ATTRIBUTES
High visibility, easy ingress/egress, ability to use our “classic” image

DEAL STRUCTURE
